The accounting and tax consulting firm “Studio Valentini” is composed by a team of professionals that provide bureaucratic and tax matters, assistance in fiscal and also advice in business operations’ accountancy.
The aim of the firm is assisting clients in an efficient and qualified way taking into consideration the national legislation and the international agreements signed by the Republic of San Marino.
Dott. Valentini holds a University Degree on Business Economy and Administration from the University of Bologna. He acts as Accountant in the Republic of San Marino since the 1st November 1991. He is Auditor registered under the n°50 of the Certified Chartered Auditors of the Republic of San Marino. He has been President of the “Banca Centrale” of the Republic of San Marino and the President of the “Fondazione della Banca Centrale” of the Republic of San Marino.
He has been also President of the Court of Appeal of the Public-Law Corporation of Luxembourg “San Marino Gestion S.A” He is partner of the company World Trade Center Srl San Marino and has been member of the CdA of the WTC. He is also co-author of several publications as for example: “Il commercio con San Marino”, “Operazioni & Investimenti San Marino”, “San Marino un’isola nella tempesta”. He speaks fluently English.
